Meal plans are:

  • whole foods based
  • goal-oriented
  • include personal favorite ingredients, foods, and/or meals
  • easy to prep in bulk


Every meal plan is written as one day's worth of meals, based on personal BMR calculations and goal-based macros. The purpose of this is to increase compliance through ease of preparation or pre-prep and repetition but also to keep it palatable with variety in meals throughout the day.


Update/new plan recommended every 4-6 weeks as your body and energy needs change.
